The hotel had amazing facilities for families with children. There were indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, and a playhouse. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast had many options to choose from. The hotel was located away from the ski slopes, but surrounded by nature, providing a restful place.

quiet area, spa included in the price of the room, friendly staff.
1.At check out the hotel staff tried to charge us double the amount we had booked, after I showed the reservation they fixed it. 2.really bad noise from the cleaners carts as they move on the corridor - if you want to sleep a bit late you want be able!

The room wasn't cleaned : garbage was left, sheets were not changed after the previous guests. Then a room was offered but with separate beds. Never happned something like this to us! We will not choose JUFA hotels anymore!!!!!

Spent Easter with my family and overall it was a good experience. the outdoor and indoor pools were a hit with my kids and we enjoyed playing basketball and table tennis. the area was quiet and surrounded by beautiful forests and hills. the staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.
The food was average, not terrible but not great either. We ended up eating out in the nearby town which added to our expenses.

Good location, playground for children
Dinner was not really tasty, we cancelled it after the first day.

The breakfast selection was nice and they had fresh fruit. The hotel was located near the main road which made it easy to find. The view from the room was breathtaking.
The bedding and towels smelled like they were not washed properly. I also found some hair on the bathroom floor.

Amazing gem in Austria. Super good hotel. Fun getaway for families. Plenty of activities for children. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Tasty food. Nice and kind staff.
Couldn't stay longer.

Surrounded by beautiful nature, this family hotel is perfect for children with numerous activities, both indoor and outdoor, including an indoor and outdoor pool. the breakfast was nice, and the hotel had access to the town's indoor swimming pool. the views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking, and the free internet was fast and reliable.
Sadly, some of the facilities were not adequately cleaned and maintained.
